Recruitment Solutions Ltd specialise in the supply of temporary and
permanent Industrial staff and Drivers with offices throughout the
U.K.
What we do
We are committed to providing the highest levels of service to
clients and candidates alike.
We hold an extensive database covering the whole of the U.K with
active job seekers and have access to several of the more
prominent job boards.
All prospective candidates are interviewed face to face, screened
and reference checked for their suitability.
What we do
Copies of candidates right to work in the U.K, proof of National
Insurance, references, relevant licences and additional checks (CRB)
are held on file.
We are fully compliant with all current employment legislation
including AWR, Pension Contributions, Right to Work and HMRC
liabilities.

Recruitment Solutions are responsible for all deductions relating to National Insurance
contributions and PAYE including Employers N.I and Holiday Pay entitlement in
accordance with the working time directive. Overtime rates are negotiable as required.
Temporary Contractors
All temporary and permanent staff provided will be interviewed and checked for their entitlement to work under Home
Office legislation, relevant PPE will be supplied, and when requested references will be provided. All our temporary
workers are paid weekly through our PAYE in order to comply with HMRC’s tax, National Insurance and SSP
requirements
Permanent Placements
Our consultants have access to several of the major internet job boards and thousands of currently active CV’s for
supervisors, warehouse managers, administrators and forklift truck drivers. Our permanent fees are very
competitive and we are ready to negotiate to reach a fair price that works for all parties. We can send as many CV’s
as you need for each position with no obligation to arrange an interview. Please call us today to discuss your needs.
Free Temporary to Permanent Placements
All our clients have the option of our free temporary to permanent placement offer, allowing you the chance to
directly employ any staff supplied by us after a 12 week introductory period with no expensive one-off fees.
