Kronos has teamed up with Google to combine the power of their cloud-based productivity suite, Google for Work, with our Workforce Ready human capital management solution. This innovative software development relationship helps organizations better manage their workforce with familiar and intuitive Google productivity tools that make it easier for workers to create, communicate, and collaborate. Workforce Ready customers who use Google for Work will be able to seamlessly integrate tools their employees use every day — including Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Forms and Maps to improve process across HR, recruiting, talent management, compliance, and workforce management.
With single sign-on, you can access your Workforce Ready suite quicker with a simple, one-click login from your Google Apps Marketplace menu -- or on the Workforce Ready login screen. When you are already using your Google suite, you will also have instant access to all your employee information within Workforce Ready.
With Google for Work, HR reports, timesheet data, payroll information, and other human capital management documents from Workforce Ready can be safely and securely saved to your Google Drive. To share information, you will no longer have to store documents in an alternative FTP site, print documents, or email documents with fear of large file sizes or security concerns. With Google Drive and Workforce Ready you will have easy sharing of key data anywhere, at any time, with the stakeholders who need it – and gain piece of mind knowing your important data is safe and secure.

With Workforce Ready and Google Sheets, employees are able to collaborate faster, avoid legacy formats, and easily view data from anywhere, at any time because spreadsheets are seamlessly shared between the two solutions.
With Google Calendar, employee work schedules created in Workforce Ready are instantly synced to employees’ Google for Work calendars. Team members aren’t forced to wait until the schedule is physically posted to see assigned shifts, and last-minute changes are rapidly communicated. Employees will no longer be late to work because they were unaware of shift changes, and employees will be happier because any changes to their schedules in Workforce Ready are automatically updated to their calendars – there is no need for manual input.
In today’s day and age, we use our mobile phones as a digital black book to keep track of all our information – whether it’s our personal and work contact information, our daily schedules, appointment information, even all our pictures.
And at our workplace, we need to keep up to date contact information for our emergency contacts, our dependents, and our beneficiaries.
Now with integration to Google Contacts, you will be able to transfer contact information from your contacts directly into your Workforce Ready employee profile – so you can be confident that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
With integration to Google Forms you can easily capture data updates from employees and customers and upload that data directly into Workforce Ready. Employees can access these forms directly from an email or text link, and quickly complete needed updates on their mobile device or desktop.
All Workforce Ready customers, even those who are not Google for Work customers, are able to use our exciting Google Maps features.
With Google Maps you will improve the applicant experience by letting applicants calculate potential commute times from their home to the job location. You will also and enhance your hiring internal hiring process with Google map pins to identify geographic talent pools to hire more efficiently and effectively. Also, with employee mobile devices enabled for punching in and out, you will be able to plot employee punches on a map to monitor workers for potential abuse.
With this innovative and seamless integration between Workforce Ready and Google apps for Work -- you have a variety of enhanced functionality and capabilities to improve recruiting, talent management, payroll and workforce management processes that will increase employee engagement, drive employee productivity, and help you better hire and manage talent within your organization.
