1. To whom it may concern,
In three words: an undiscovered talent.
I was Brandon's manager for some time in 2014 and 2015 in the accounts department at
Mbira Technologies. He was a pleasure to work with and, even after my time at that company,
I consider him a friend. As his friend, I want to see him in a role where that his considerable
writing talent can flourish. As his former manager, I would love to see an organization
leverage that talent in a way that I (regretfully) never did.
I can remember trying to come up with projects for Brandon to write on, like a blurb about
proper phone etiquette for our department's wiki page. He delivered an insightful, descriptive
piece with a bit of (appropriate) humor ahead of deadline and I was floored.
I have no qualms about saying that Brandon would make a stellar contribution to any team. I
miss working with him.
Sincerely,
Bill Neylon
