• The foundational step for our success in developing leaders is to
clearly establish that “how” you communicate is as important as
“why” you communicate.
• People develop opinions about you, and react to you, based only
on observed behavior.
• What they perceive from observing you is “true” in their minds.
Action may speak louder than words,
but words speak louder that thoughts!
