Dr. Juergen Boenisch, Ph.D., Dipl.‐Eng, CMC, CSCM is founder and President of
JBeeline Consulting Inc. (former EMC); a firm established to assist manufacturing companies and service
organizations in achieving sustainable Performance Improvement, Cost Reduction and Innovation.
He has over 16 years of international executive and consulting experience in Supply Chain Management,
Strategic & Global Sourcing, Operations Management, Business Development, Business Transformation
and Culture Change. Prior to starting his own consulting firm he was the President & CEO for the US
division of a global equipment manufacturer.
Juergen consulted for over 60 international companies in Europe and North America and implemented
significant improvement and cost reduction programs in a variety of industries in the manufacturing
sector (metal, food, medical, rubber & plastic, automation, plant construction, automotive, building
products, chemical) and the service sector (energy, medical, logistics, distribution, fleet, broadcasting,
training).
He was lead member of McKinsey & Company’s supplier integration consulting team and consultant
with ThyssenKrupp, working with companies such as ThyssenKrupp, VDM, Kautex/SIG, Fischer W.
Muller, Corpoplast, Rotek, BILSTEIN, Werner & Pfleiderer, and Hoesch Rothe Erde. His recent efforts
with JBeeline Consulting Inc. led him to work with companies like Canadian Tire, Symcor, Direct Energy
(Centrica UK), Silcotech North America, BioOhio, CertainTeed Gypsum, MAG Industrial Automation
Systems (Boehringer), ALCOA Reynolds, CFN Precision, StampTek (Teknion), Alliance Atlantis
Broadcasting, FESTO and many small and medium sized enterprises.
While Juergen has a strong appreciation and understanding of supply chains and enterprise systems, he
believes that successful and sustainable improvement and change can only be achieved through
Systematic Business Improvement combined with Structured People Engagement.

Juergen holds a Ph.D. in Physics from King’s College, London UK, two Dipl.‐Eng. Engineering degrees
from the University of Bremen, Germany and attained the designations as Certified Management
Consultant CMC and as Certified Supply Chain Manager CSCM.
He is passionate about Business and Process Improvement, Supply Chain Innovation, and the Toyota
Production system TPS with a special focus on the cultural aspects of change, the precondition for
sustainable improvement. Juergen is established in the society of Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, ISO, and Supply
Chain Management and a sought‐after public speaker. He is active with several organizations such as
SME, AME, CMC, and BRASI. Presently Juergen holds the position of the Past Chair and Senior Advisor of
the Society of Manufacturing Engineers SME Toronto and supported their growth to the largest chapter
in the world.
