CAREER HIGHLIGHTS / QUALIFICATIONS / PROFILE
In my bachelor’s degree, I was major in Electrical Engineering and
hope to become an engineer or programmer. I feel writing code is
interesting and I’m good at C/C++, Python and Java, etc. I used to
write some simple program in class. For example, I wrote programs
about chess game and RPG game by using C/C++ and Java. I used to
use Python to do some data mining about stocks and sports. Others
like using MatLab to finish an automatic parking system by fuzzy
control, or developed an Android app using Java. I also done some
GitHub samples about deep learning and machine learning using
Tensorflow or Caffe like object classification, object detection and
semantic segmentation, etc.
Most of all, I’m now enrolling master degree and my focus is
on the deep learning and machine learning for real-time
image recognition in autonomous driving car. We use NVIDIA
PX2 as one of our platform so I have some basic knowledge
about CUDA and TensorRT. Our real-time object detection
model using YOLO and SSD so I am familiar with this.
Moreover, we use ROS base control system, Autoware, to
control autonomous vehicle so I also have some experience
about using ROS. My thesis topic is about autonomous vehicle
self-localization using Kalman filter to do sensor fusinon for
integrating GPS data, HD-map, and image recognition results.
