Super Shop sales Monitoring The Structure: The process of will include planning, directing, and controlling Merchandisers including recruiting, selecting, equipping, assigning, supervising, paying, and motivating them.   2. 2. Basically the key personnel here are Super Shop Sales Manager & Super Shop Sales Coordinator. Expected roles are given below: Roles for Super Shop Sales Manager: • Key personnel for strategic sales management & the corporate team to achieve sales & Super Shop service standard objectives • Coordinating with the operation monitoring coordinator • Creating potential sales possibilities, Product pushing & Order Management. • Relationship building & product pushing at Super Shops • Perform as the chain coordinator of Super Shop sales • Define the performance standard for Merchandisers • Market Planning & create new opportunities • Sales Boost up • Conduct Weekly Meeting • Overall sales activity monitoring • Carry all the sales target and achieve them Roles for Super Shop Monitoring Coordinator: • Perform as a team leader to know the actual market scenario • Managing multiple sales / marketing channels & promotional activities • Continually updating information on changes in marketing environment by the feedback from subordinates & personal visit. • Territory Assigning, Rotation & guideline providing to Merchandisers.

Skills needed for Merchandisers: • People skills: Which includes abilities to lead, communicate, coordinate, team-oriented relationship, and mentoring own tasks. • Managing skills: Which consists of planning, organizing, controlling and decision making for individual movements & tasks assigned by the coordinator. • Technical skills: Which includes confirm selling, negotiating, problem-solving, and use of competitive advantage. Merchandisers should be recruited upon the consideration of their 1) Product knowledge, (2) market knowledge, (3) past performance, (4) communication, (5) Merchandising skills Merchandisers Monitoring: Continuous monitoring, alerting and rewardingwill lead toimprovementof execution. Territory Segmentation of Dhaka Market: Territory 1: Gulshan 1, Gulshan 2, Banani, Baridhara, Basundhara. (Lavender, Dedar, Dhali,unimart, haqs mart,Agora,Meena bazaar, Jinia super Mart, KB mega shop, Basundhara Collections, Mehedi Mart, Pick & Pay, sad –Musa) Territory 2: Bonosri, Rampura, Malibag, Banglamotor, Iskaton, Mogbazar. (Deshi super Shop, Big bazaar, shopno,Meena Bazar, Agora) Territory 3: nikunja,Khilkhet, Uttara, Jashimuddin. (F&F,Daily Needs, Amana,Family need, Shop& save, Trust family Need,AnondoBazar, 3s Super Shop, New Deader, Mimi Man, Shopno11,6,) Territory 4: Mohammadpur, Shamoly, Dhanmondi Total, ajimpur, Firmgate, Panthapath, Hatir Pul (Agora, Prince Bazar,Meena Bazar, Carri Family, shopno, Almas, Nondon)

(Agora,Meena Bazar, Prience Bazar, Shopno,DSS, Family Bazar,Consumer, orchid,G mart,Dhaka Bazar,Western Bazar) Territory 6: Shantinogor,Basabo, Kakrail,Bijoynogor, Gulisthan,wari, Jatrabari. Dashboard: A dashboardwill be maintained,which will contain the specific days movement rout & activity area of every single Merchandiser.It will help to locate & monitor them & also to measure their daily activity& performances. Routing: Each & every territory willbe assigned to an individualmerchandiser& the visiting route will be guided by the coordinator. Routing will look alike: shamolyPrince Bazar 9.30 am Md. pur Prince Bazar 10.15 am AdaborMeena Bazar 11 am Md.   8. 8. Direct Mobile Communication: As per the company policy they are given individual cell numbers. Merchandiser’s coordinator will continuously update & monitor the present conditions of every single merchandiser. It will be performed according to the assigned tasks & activities. SMS Update: Merchandisers will make his/her coordinator know about his activities by updating the visiting status of Individual Super Shop by SMS. GPS Tracking: The in house Merchandisers tracker will track their operating area activity by GPS tracking & report it to the coordinator. Activity Checklist: Assigning activitychecklistdepending on previous submitted report can make the performance & service review easy to coordinate them.
  9. 9. Problem Lining: Finding out the top five problem by their report & give them specific timeline to resolve that, can increase their operation effectiveness. Evaluating, Re-evaluatingand Control: Performance evaluation & timely re- evolution can be used as a well measure to control the Merchandisers. Expected work standard & actual outcomes from their service could neutralize on a single line by proper control Social media tool or Real Picture: If the Merchandiseris capable of sending real instant picture using social media tools like Viber or what’s up, it would be real easy to resolve the problems instantly. Otherwise they could be asked to click the real scenario & show it while reporting.
  10. 10. Weekly Meeting: Weekly performance meeting, problem discussion & support activity can motivate them to achieve the targeted service standard. It will alsohelp us to know the real marketconditions, opportunities & obstacles. It will alsoincrease the Merchandisers positive mind setto their responsibilities & habitof answering to their superiors. Documentations: Merchandisers will follow the proper activity documentation suggested by the coordinator. It will project the real picture of any specific Super Shop. It will be well structured & in written format, which can represent the odds & other problems in a straight view. It will alsowork as a Provence of any specific merchandiser’s activity. In Store AuditSystem: Establishingan in store auditsystem is not too tough. Implementing an intelligentin-store audit system can lead to significantimprovementin importantKPIs and in this way influence the actual sales.
  11. 11. Continuoussupervision: A positive attitude & continuous supervision will drive them towered marketsuccess & work motivated. It will increase the effectiveness of command lines & monitoring system will work perfectly.
