Job Responsibilities and Duties:
 Supporting Banking Operation Centre for Quality assurance for all approved files
prior to booking. If any discrepancies inform the sales team for resolving. Cross
check all the original documents, post Dated cheque’s along with security cheque,
standing Instructions, submitted at the time of booking with the copies submitted
during approval
 To evaluate and analyze loan applications according to the guidelines of the Product
Policy within the given time frame.
 Maintaining TAT level (90% of applications within 1 working day). Ensure acceptable
work quality with zero errors.
 Identify and implement training requirements for new staffs.
 Proactively identify potential fraud in the application & Ensure all documentation is
provided according to the product programme.
 Preparing MIS reports of CPV for all 9 branches, consolidate the given data; ensure
accuracy and rectification of exceptions within defined target dates.
 To recommend decisions within approved delegated authorities.
 Coordinating with field investigators, preparing reports –MIS for investigation, and
responsible for costing for finance department every month.
