special projects like Market Thief, set appointments for salesman and assigned leads and
followup strategy, scheduled time for each salesman in the BDC, composed scripts to use as a
guide when answering or following up on the phone and generated from 25-30% of overall
dealership sales.
Internet Manager for Dave Kirk Automotive in Crossville, TN. Follow up with 200+ leads per
month to set appointments for salesman. Averaged 60-80 app'ts per month and generated 20-40
sales from my department, about 30%of overall sales. Follow up with customers visiting
dealership for customer satisfaction and rescheduling app'ts.
Outbound Sales Agent for Oreck Corporation in Cookeville, TN. Worked both inbound and
outbound sales calls on a dialer. Top Perfomer consistently.
