The ACA requires you to provide 

your employees with a qualified
level of insurance coverage. 

This requirement is enforced 

by the number of full-time
equivalent employees.
Full-time equivalent employees 

are those who work 30 hours per
week or more. However, part-time
employees are also part of the
calculation as a fraction and are
included in the overall total.
