My Bizzplan – In April 2011, I presented to Publicis, the ad agency I was working for (1998 to 2011), an eight-paper-bizzplan called „Passion and Performance for Crossmedia“ with the purpose to become Switzerlands leading Creative Ad Agency in Social Media Communications. I proposed the installation of a „Lab“ to adapt new tech solutions and a „Newsroom“ to create more sharable content. Both, „Lab“ (to adapt tech) and „Newsroom“ (to create content) are now, 4 years later, buzzwords in the market predictions for 2015. Looking back, I was visionary but unfortunately I was ahead of the times. Fortunately, I hung on, improved my knowlege month after month and can say now: I’m in Business. Because Brands and Agencies are finally realising that the way people are consuming information and preparing decisions fundamentally changed.
