Area of Expertise: Gas/Liquid dehydration and De-mercury
plant, NGL recovery plant, Condensate Stabilization plant, Normal
Gas Compressors (motor and steam turbine), 3 stage Propane
compressor, Sour water treatment plant, Fuel gas plant, Acid Gas
Removal plant, NGL storage and export, Flare system, Pipeline
(launcher and receiver).
 Provide work instruction and guidance to assigned operators and
ensure their work is conducted in line with standard operating
procedures, established program and supervisory instructions
complying with health safety policy.
 Operate the plant to meet the expectation of the customer in the
areas of sales gas, NGL, lean gas and condensate.
 Controls and monitors plant process instruments such as
Pressures, temperatures, levels, flows etc., and ensures periodic
logging of parameters, look out for any abnormalities for smooth
and efficient running of Plant and the equipment’s.
 Perform regular plant maintenance and operations changes with
the consent of senior operation Engineer.
 Minimizing emission and treating process effluent.
 Ensure plant is operated and maintained in compliance with
regulatory requirements.
 Carry out plant start-up and shutdown base on standard operating
procedure.

2.  Co-ordinate with other existing plant for feed and product
distribution.
 Changing the operating mode to meet NGL and Sales Gas
product specification demand by downstream plants.
 Determine Specification of Product in Plant by the help of
Gas/Liquids analyzer’s and lab results.
 Review, Validate, Sign off existing standard operating procedures.
 Suggests modifications for improvement of overall Plant efficiency.
 Isolate systems, Piping and LOTO by coordinating with field
operators and maintenance personal.
 Explain/Troubleshoot Plant Process, Compressors, Pumps,
Controllers, and BMS Panels etc.
 Managing NGL sphere and its export.
 Adjust process parameters base on lab analysis, feed and product
analysis if required.
 Ensure proper shift handover as per the standing procedure.
 Give training to new employees, students or groups on excursion.
 Organize and write overall process daily report.
 Ensure that work carried out by maintenance personnel is in
accordance with the company safety regulations and standard
procedures by coordinating with the field operator and parties
involve.
