South-West Baltic Case, Stakeholder Some thoughts and some experience's • Difficult to discuss the future • Different traditions and governance system • Language is an issue • Difficult to have a comprehensive approach/understanding • We are dealing with State issues, different kind of legacy, mandate and ambitions • Need to have a independent discussion • Stick to those stakeholders with mandate Baltic SCOPE Partner kick-off meeting 15
