immobilised due to a
flat battery, we will
make alternative
arrangements to
make your car
mobile again.

will either arrange for
fuel supply or for
carrying out repairs.

arrange for the refill
and /or
replacement of the
flat tyres.

5. In the event of you
losing the keys of
your car within 100
km of your city, we
will arrange for the
pick up & delivery of
spare keys to the
spot where your car
is located.
If your car gets
immobilised at the
roadside, we will
arrange for minor
mechanical or
electrical repairs.
If your car gets
immobilised due to an
accident/breakdown,
we shall arrange for a
free towing of your car
from the accident spot
to the nearest
authorised
dealer/workshop.

6. If your car meets with an
accident/breakdown taking place
beyond 100 km from your city &
repairs for which will take more
than 12 hr, we will provide hotel
accommodation for the
occupants of your car for a
maximum of two days & two
nights.
This will be limited to Rs.2000
per person per day & a
maximum total of Rs.16000
throughout the Policy Period.

7. If you meet with an
accident while traveling in
your car, you shall be
entitled for a free legal
advice up to 30 minutes
from a legal advisor over
the phone.
If you meet with an
accident while traveling in
your car, you can call us
to obtain details regarding
the nearest medical
center that can provide
emergency relief
services.

8. If your car meets with an
accident/breakdown taking
place within 100 km of your city,
we will provide transportation
service to transfer the occupants
of your car to a single
destination within 50 km from

9. Depreciation Shield
Depreciation is the rate at which
the value of your vehicle parts
reduce as the vehicle ages.
In case of a claim, insurance
companies apply the
depreciation rate to arrive at the
amount payable for a specific
damaged part.
Depreciation Shield covers the
depreciation amount on the
damaged parts that are allowed
for replacements

personal baggage
