I had the responsibility of operating the machinery in line with machine directives, process monitoring and
control, and optimization. I was required to have an excellent working knowledge of manufacturing
operations, root cause analysis, non-compliance, Oracle, validation, manufacturing of sterile and
non-sterile products, Health and Safety proactive reports, Quality Proactive Report, and Bill of
Material (BOM). I was responsible for the efficient packaging of sterile end products. Also I
corrected minor technical faults on machinery in order to keep up optimum speed for reaching
deadlines in production. I trained new operators on the use of MY LEARNING; Basic microbiology
principles and cleanroom discipline. In this position, my knowledge of EXCEL, WORD, and
PowerPoint was essential, as I was required to write reports and deliver company presentations. I also
have the responsibility to reviewing lot history and manufacturing supports, operation and
supervising of 5S including reports in Millex 25 department.

Quality Technician-Micro Laboratory 2006
My duties here included: Calibration checks of all lab equipment and keeping records of same. I had
responsibility for environmental monitoring and testing for contaminants. I provide support for delivery and
receipt of goods and services in the laboratory I assisted the Laboratory supervisor with biochemical
producers and maintained very high standard of cleanliness of equipment and environment, whilst also
autoclaving, dehydrogenating and writing up plates.
