Change programme leaders often have great technical skills such as PRINCE 2®, change management
qualifications, IT and/or significant experience gained from working on or running change programmes.
Skills and qualities that programme and project leaders have often not developed sufficiently are the so
called softer skills on how to truly connect with people in their world rather than the project’s world, working
with them on a deeper rather than superficial level, and engaging their hearts and not just minds.

st
Stress has become one of the most rampant ‘diseases’ of the 21 century. Budget cuts, extra workload,
tight deadlines and the desire to do the best they can, often result in project and business staff assigned to
the project neglecting their own health and wellbeing. Over time this leads to absences, that contribute to
additional project costs, increased workload for colleagues and even project delays.
Our health and wellbeing offering provides participants with easy to learn and to apply tools and techniques
to reduce the stress load and increase overall health, and support each other in reducing the stress load in
their projects and teams.

- 13. How we w ork
Our preference is to partner with our clients to provide trainings, workshops and learning interventions that
match their needs and requirements. Before any training or workshop, if appropriate, we engage with the
client organisation to understand their specific challenges, identify key focus areas of any training and
preferred learning styles. Engagement could take the form of a phone call, face to face meeting, or a short
survey.
This approach enables us to adapt and tailor our core content and delivery style for maximum impact and
ensures sustainability of the learning outcomes.
For courses and workshops that are transformative in nature, we tend to work with two facilitators which
allows us to support participants individually and as a collective group, and increases the impact of the
training/workshop.
Most of our workshops/training are split over a number of weeks, as we found this to be much more
effective and impactful in terms of participants being able to apply and embody learnt material. For most
courses we offer e-mail and (if required phone at an additional cost) support to individuals as we recognise
that questions often come up when learnings are applied in the real world.
