• Superior R&D.
• Connects through different cultures like special edition of pens
crafted in it the legends like – Mahatma Gandhi, Albert Einstein,
Leonardo da Vinci, Alfred Hitchcock.
4. WEAKNESSES :-
• Only has product for high range ,which makes it available
only for premium customers.
• High level of promotion still required in some countries
like India.
5. OPPORTUNITIES :-
• Demand for handcrafts goods is rising worldwide, growing
the value of products.
• Demand for luxury products does not get affected easily as
only high income group afford to buy it and they are not
affected by recession or boom in economy.
• Few people know about its techniques and research
making it unique.
6. THREATS :-
• Biggest threat from the close competitors as only few brand belong to
this range like –Parker,Pelikan, Waterman, Sailor pens.
• High amount of investment is done to retain the brand image.
• Skilled labour is not easily available now.
• In developing economies has less no of boutiques and hence customer
shift to the brand which is easily available, therefore lowering the no.of
buyers.
• Practise of using pure leather in goods, can face opposition by animal
supporting organisations like –PETA and can be boycotted by certain
customers.
