20. Avi Kaye - CEO, Co-founder
Avi has been part of the start up industry for nearly twenty years. From companies like IncrediMail where he managed a team of 25 people, and Typemock, where he
headed Marketing and Sales for nearly 3 years, to successfully managing his own startup consultancy for 5 years, before joining Radoslaw and Rafal in co-founding Remotr.
Avi is in charge of the business side of things, exploring new markets and business opportunities, and making sure that Remotr is a force to be reckoned with.
Radoslaw Zawartko - CTO, Co-founder
Radoslaw has a Master of Engineering degree from the Technical University of Szczecin, and specialized in Software Engineering at the department of Computer Science.
He is a full stack developer, with years of experience in both web and desktop solutions.
Radoslaw brings his keen insight and technical knowhow to the Remotr team, and with over a decade of experience working on products ranging from distributed file
systems for storage solutions to VPN services, he is the expert on finding the right technical solutions for any challenge.
Along with his team building and management skills, Radoslaw also takes care of behind the scenes stuff, and keeps the company running smoothly.
Rafal Krochmal - Team Lead, Co-founder
Rafał Krochmal studied at the West Pomeranian University of Technology, Szczecin, has a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, and has co-authored a
paper on ‘Interactive Prototyping of Physical Lighting’.
Rafal is an extremely experienced and talented developer who has a fresh look and sees technical problems as temporary obstacles that are there to overcome. After
working on a variety of projects ranging from download managers to VPN apps, Rafal joined Radoslaw and Avi to work on Remotr.
