● Tools alone are not enough - for example, Donut has been a hit and miss 🍩
● Some people have a much higher need of in-person interaction than others 🤝
● Some people need much more encouragement to partake in non-work activities
during traditional work hours 🤗
● There is still a level of guilt when trying to fully embrace flexibility, we have been
programmed from traditional jobs 🤖
