an internship within Saatchi & Saatchi Germany (Frankfurt office) as of 4th

Saatchi & Saatchi is a global communications and advertising agency network with

Whilst at Saatchi & Saatchi, Astrid has worked on several international projects
for one of our biggest clients - Merck. She supported us in the day-to-day management
of the following:
− Adaptation of our communication toolbox to the Middle East and African market
for Merck’s sub brand Seven Seas.
− The completion of imagery guidelines for the Asian market of Seven Seas.
− The supervision of communication consistency for both Seven Seas and Bion.
Astrid proved to be a great asset to the team. She is organised, hard working,
proactive and above all very dedicated. She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get
into the smallest detail in order to achieve a good end result. In the space of a few
months, she has built a good relationship not only with her colleagues but above all with
the client as well as third parties involved in our projects, which ensured a smooth and
timely delivery. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any potential future employer.
Astrid consulted the client on multiple projects and the day-to-day business.
Managing independently and in collaboration with all internal departments complex
workflows from briefing to development, coordination and control of timings and costs.
She supported closely the Account Director and the Strategic Planners in the
development of larger creative briefs and the monitoring of the corresponding
development and implementation.
Further, Astrid’s responsibility was the gathering and organizing of information
pertaining to market, target group and competition as well as the preparation of
corresponding analyses and the handling of international coordination requests.
She was a contact person for the client and the affiliated agencies on national and
international level as well as for the corresponding project team within the agency.
Astrid always worked reliably and completed her assigned roles to our fullest
satisfaction. She distinguished herself through a high degree of loyalty and commitment
and, thus, contributed significantly to the success of our agency. Her personal behaviour
was flawless and exemplary at all times. Through her dedication and competence, she
