Professional Synopsis & Work Experience
I have been working in Punjab National Bank for the last 39 years and worked gained experience of every field of
banking system.
I have been the branch head in Delhi branch as Senior Branch Manager and handled all the banking activities and
implemented the Govt. Banks guidelines in the branch and kept liaison with head office and Zonal office.
Worked also as branch head of various branches of Haryana including rural branches dealing with industrial finance,
MSME finance, retail traders finance, housing finance, Agricultural finance and micro finance. I have also worked as
auditor in Punjab National Bank and compiled the audit reports of various branches dealing in big industrial loans
and finance to big traders.
During my work as a branch manager I have gained practical knowledge of mortgage of properties of every kind
including agricultural properties and their mutation knowledge, searching any charge/encumbrances on properties. I
have also cleared the CAIIB part II papers including subjects on Banking Law and practice, Commercial Law and
Management accounting etc.
On recovery aspect, I have experience of recovery without going into court decree and settled a number of NPAs by
persuading the wilful defaulters. Kept track record of monthly instalment and maintained follow up of the loan
recovery.
