Job Responsibilities:
 Operation & Maintenance of York millennium Reciprocating & screw chillers.
 Operation & Maintenance of Carrier 30GX screw chillers.
 Operation & Maintenance of Carrier 19 XR Centrifugal water cooled chillers.
 Operation & Maintenance of DCP cooling system.
 Planned preventive maintenance (P.P.M.) and trouble shooting of FAHUS, AHUS,
FCUS, Primary, secondary and tertiary pumps, condenser pumps, strainers, heat exchangers,
pressurization units.
 PPM and trouble shooting of heat-cool units, Dx systems, split units, garbage
refrigeration systems.
 PPM and trouble shooting of extract fans systems, fresh air fans, pressure reducing
valves.
 Operation and maintenance of sediment removal pumps (cooling tower), irrigation
pumps, sump pumps, make-up pumps, booster pumps (domestic water system).
 Operation of water treatment plant.
 Maintenance of chemical dosing system.
 Maintenance and trouble shooting of induced draft cooling tower (combined system).
 Trouble shooting of electrical panels related to HVAC systems.
 Preparation of ppm task sheets, abnormalities report and taking snag list.
 Performing duty as night shift in-charge of engineering department.
 PPM and trouble shooting of high ceiling equipments in retail area.
 Have knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and Trouble Shooting inside the Apartments.

2.  CCTV Operating & Monitoring and DVR Back up Checking Operating & Monitoring&
trouble shooting
 BMS control system Siemens & Honeywell & Shajan operating & monitoring.
 Responsible for attending break down of all BMS connected
Equipments such as water, Transferring System, Generator System,
 Sewage pumping System, Elevator & Gate Barriers Etc.
 Access system & CCN [CARRIER COMFORTABLE NETWORK]
 Fire Alarm System Interface with Flow Switches, Smoke Detectors, Heat
detectors, Pull Station (MCP), Mother Panels,
 ( Fire systems includes Diesel Engine Pumps, Jockey Pumps, Fire Hydrant Pumps
and Valves, Sprinkler.
