Refurbishment of 61Sqm flat in the district of Gràcia, Barcelona. The flat was an old office and has been refurbished as an apartment for a couple. The project attempts to preserve the
old flooring in good condition and replaces damaged parts. All the kitchen furniture, cabinets and new walls are done with soft color timber that gives warmth and elegance to the
environment.

Refurbishment of a Victorian house in South Kensington, London. The new space planning has been made to accomodate a family of three. On the first floor we combined the kitchen,
dining and living area in one space. To create the space, we reinforced the structure with a steel beam across the room. The layout of the kitchen, in a classic style, is designed to

TYPE OF PROJECT PROJECTArea (Sq m)All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. For the children's bedroom, we designed a playful layout that combines Lego pieces in different colours and thickness
on the wardrobe doors and the bed frame. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. For the headboard of the bed we combained square pieces of wood with upholstery. The
spare room has a folding bed and big wardrobes and can be used as either a dressing room or a guest room.

Refurbishment of a three floor terrace house in South Kensington, London. The new space planning has been made to accommodate a single person. In the basement we allocated the kitchen and
the dining area. We also have a small guest bathroom and a facility room near the stairs. In the first floor we designed a living area with an office behind mirrored folding doors to hide it. The walls
are covered with suede upholstery panels with oak and copper frames matching the walnut engineered timber and in conjunction with warm illumination we get a relaxing and luxury space.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It combines a bed headboard with padded leather panels and white plinth. The walls are grey and the ceiling is white picking up
the colour of the plinth. On the second floor is the guest bedroom with a folding bed and the closet. The wardrobes have oak finish and indirect illumination. There is also a complete set of

Small refurbishment of a Market Data Management office in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona. For the new space planning we kept the floor and the ceiling that were in good condition.
We used glass panels for the walls to get a more open feel and more light in all the offices. To decorate the walls we paint it with the same orange and red tones from the logo. We also
changed all the furniture and installed new M&E facilities.

Refurbishment of a law firm office in Granollers, Barcelona. The project focused on the entrance, reception, corridor and some offices in order to have a more modern aspect. We used
the red colour of the logo for the furniture, indirect lightings, oak wood parquet and warm tones for the walls. We also combined bespoke furniture with ready made pieces.

Refurbishment project for a residential building located in la Eixample de Barcelona. It has 28 flats, 2 business premises on 9 floors with a total area of 3337,38 Sq m. The objective of
the project was to adapt the current building to the new regulations, reduce energy consumption, improve living conditions and stop the building deteriorating. The project included the
installation of new lift and a new stairs, refurbishment of all flats, business premises, roofs and facades.

The central heating and hot water systems are complemented by the use of solar panels on roof floor. For the conditioning of the flats, a split system was used by placing the units outdoors and on the deck. To reduce energy consumption and
improve comfort inside the building all windows and doors were replaced with double glazing , we used thermal insulation on facades and floors.

The reinforced concrete structure has slab concrete in the car park and waffle slab on the other floors. The ceramic brick facades were rendered and painted with waterproof paint. The
balconies have glass railings, stainless steel and mobile sunscreens. There is an inverted roof system. Partition walls with ceramic bricks and acoustic insulation separate apartments.
Bathroom ceilings are made with accessible ceiling aluminium sheets.

To create the space, we reinforced the structure with a steel beam across the room. The layout of the kitchen, in a classic style, is designed to maximize the space to make it more practical. For the children's bedroom, we designed a playful layout that combines Lego pieces in different colours and thickness on the wardrobe doors and the bed frame. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. For the headboard of the bed we combained square pieces of wood with upholstery. The spare room has a folding bed and big wardrobes and can be used as either a dressing room or a guest room. The new space planning has been made to accommodate a single person. In the basement we allocated the kitchen and the dining area. We also have a small guest bathroom and a facility room near the stairs. In the first floor we designed a living area with an office behind mirrored folding doors to hide it. The walls are covered with suede upholstery panels with oak and copper frames matching the walnut engineered timber and in conjunction with warm illumination we get a relaxing and luxury space. It has 28 flats, 2 business premises on 9 floors with a total area of 3337,38 Sq m. The objective of the project was to adapt the current building to the new regulations, reduce energy consumption, improve living conditions and stop the building deteriorating.
