• Follow up with forwarding agent/Carrier for release the booking as per scheduled vessel.
• Tracking on Empties Placement in touch with Forwarding agent and transporter.
• Follow up and tracking on Empties loading and container gate in to port prior vessel cut off.
• Follow up with CMR’s/Containers and seal numbers once containers loaded.
• Follow up with customers for shipping documents(Commercial invoice /Packing list and shipping
instruction)
• Follow up with forwarding agent for BL draft, revised drafts and OBLs Correction.
• Follow up with customers for BL draft final approval.
• Final confirmation to forwarding agent for BLs to get release/surrender as well as document issuance
like COO/Legalization/BL Surrender/Eur-1 certificate if any required.

• Export and import shipments O/C freight Negation with line, free days (demurrage/detention)
• Once received Original Documents from customers open job in flair soft and update shipment details
as well as physical job file.
• Arrange documents dispatch (courier) and send pre-alert to forwarding agent.

• Tracking on shipment arrivals and clearance
• Tracking and follow up on shipment deliveries.
• Maintain clearance documents, CMR’s copy and Delivery note in job files.
Invoicing (Export & Import)
• To create invoice and update purchase entries in system.
• Generate invoices and submit file approval and signing.
• Take photocopy of supporting docs to attach with Invoices.
• Dispatch Sea Freight invoices to customer.
• Submit the files to closing once all done.
4. Operation Officer – in WanHai Line India Pvt Ltd, Chennai
Vessel Operation Work
• Arrival notice, Egm no, via no Creation, Vessel Application, Arranging Documents.
• Obtain permission for delivery of import empty containers to nominated CFS.
• TSA preparation, Boat Note, Mate Receipt, and Form 6 for Krishnapatnam Loading send to Kpct and
take follow up.
• VA Bond Cancellation, Boarding Documents & Pc Documents.
• Applying port Clearance in customs.
• Getting Port Entry & Clearance certificate CHPT.
• ILH, On Deck ILH & IT Certificate follow up with finance team.
• Paying ILH, MOT, and TSA to Indian bank based on its requirements.
• Collecting all vessel related valid certificates from Master and update it in the system.
• Sending Enblock movements to import department for collecting SSR & Groundrent Charges.
• Doing Vessel berthing & sailing formalities With Customs, Immigration, Quarrintine, PHO.
• Collecting Fendors & Wharf Photos from Vessel C/O and keep data base.
• Obtaining fendors damage check list from CCTL and keep record for each Vessel.
• Sending the report to Chennai Port trust once Vessel Sailed.
Operation Work
• Allotting From 13, Entering the Check list copy
• Requesting the EDI EGM to VOA.
• Sending the pending S.Bill list to ECSV.
• Entering the S/B, Attaching the mate receipt in the S/B.
• Preparing the ICD bill.
• Sending the penalty charges to ECSV, Collecting S/B, MR from the customers.
• Sending form 13 list, Sending Export lying list to Ecsv on Saturdays.
• Sending Reefer Manifest to VOA on Saturday if required.
• Sending SSR charges, Sending the POD change Request to CCTl ( If required )
• Sending Vessel Crossing mail to CCTL ( If required )
