collect the data.

Vendor Lab support. Vendors try to solve problems without asking internal support
of experts.

undistinguished “commodity” service.
 Integration with current desktop applications is key for the elections of the
vendor.
 All the IT infrastructure is affected.
 Cost audit (TEM) helps to get money and improves ROI.
 Where are the real challenges?
 Technically: Any integration between different components.
 Internal marketing to end users and to C-level.
