Target auidence research
For my target audience research I created a questionnaire that involved 20
 people of my target audience answering 10 questions about my chosen film
   genre of “Teen Drama” The questions ranged from topics including what
people expect from a Teen Drama film to what they enjoy the most about teen
 drama films. I only asked that questions that would truly benefit my research
 and help me with my opening sequence. I created this questionnaire to help
  myself with the research of target audience for my own opening sequence,
     this will make it easier for me to create an opening sequence that is
                appropriate and correct for my target audience.
I asked 20 people of my target audience in which is mainly girls aged between
   12-17 years old as my target audience research taught me that teen drama’s
 were the most popular amongst them. They had 10 questions about my chosen
film genre “Teen Drama”. I asked 20 girls ages between 12-17 years old to get a
     accurate and large number of results to make sure that my own opening
              sequence will be appropriate for my target audience.
I asked 20 people, 10 questions that related to my genre and target audience, the
   10 questions ranged from topics and they had multiple answers and a space for
          them to write any alternative answers. The questions are below:

1.  Do you enjoy teen dramas?
2.  What do you enjoy most about teen drama films?
3.  What type of story line do you most enjoy watching in a teen drama film?
4.  Do you expect there to be a moral message you can take away from a teen
    drama film?
5. Do you expect there to be a crisis or problem that the main characters have to
    solve in a teen drama film?
6. Would you expect a teen drama film to be rated PG, 12/12A or 15?
7. Do you expect there to be a romantic story line included in the teen drama film?
8. Do you expect there to be a good soundtrack included in the film?
9. Does it make the teen drama film more enjoyable if you can relate to the story
    line/plot?
10. Finally what do you expect from a teen drama film?

     I asked these 10 questions to help me with my target audience research and to
           make sure my own opening sequence is as appropriate as possible.
With each question I asked it was multiple chose and many had a space
where people could write alternative answer if they so wished. The pie
charts following display my results from each question the 20 people were
asked.

The results/findings from my questionnaire about target audience for
“Teen Drama” films will be used to a great content to help make sure that
 my opening sequence is appropriate for my target audience and that it
   carters to what they want and expect. For example I will know to try
  include a moral message in my opening sequence as it was popular
                      amongst my target audience.
