As I begin my final project for this English 102 course, I am reflecting on all of the work I have done in one semester that feels like two weeks. At
the beginning, I was honestly stressed and anxious about this course. Throughout high school, I was happily in my comfort zone with my teachers
I knew on a personal level, including how they graded and what they expected. Now at the end of this course, I can say that I do feel proud of my
progress throughout the class. I feel accomplished in my ability to develop rhetorical strategies, locate appropriate sources via the library and the
web, synthesize summarized, paraphrased, and quoted material into arguments, and correctly employ at least one system of citation. Overall, class
discussions assisted me the most in identifying rhetorical strategies in writing. I was previously exposed to appeals in high school, but this course
helped me identify them easier. Although my rhetorical analysis showed my doubts and uncertainty in my writing at times, I was able to recognize
and link the rhetorical devices used by Michael Rosenwald in "Why digital natives prefer reading in print" to provide an effective argument for his
audience. By utilizing examples of Rosenwald making note of Frank Schembari's feelings to relate an audience of readers Schembari's age and
Rosenwald mentioning Tumblr, a popular blogging site, to create a connection with Millennials, I showed that I can identify effective and ineffective

Reflection Of Academic Writing : Analysis
This semester was excellent! I found myself taking English 1301 for the first time. At first, I felt overpowered the assignments assort in topics and at
times, I felt unknowing of the subjects. Often papers ranged from primitive to intricate. Before long we started off with a simple essay, then progressed

I enjoyed the thought of diving into the topic of strategic thinking. For example, strategic thinking has improved my thought process and performance
on my present job. I have now learned to focus on the broader picture instead of pouring all energies and emotions into a onetime situation or "wicked

Throughout this semester I have had my ups and downs with some assignments, it has come to my attention that I need to work more on my writing. I
personally believe one my strengths were coming up with ideas and what to me connected to the essays, but I need to work on conveying what I mean
clearly and the flow of my writing. It would help the readers have a stronger understanding of my points and easier to read. If I would enhance my

During the whole process of designing the IMC plan for HP Sprocket in this semester, I have earned valuable experience about teamwork, and I

In an IMC plan, separate segment needs to cooperate with each other through organisational communications in order to ensure that audiences can

IMC practitioner. In this group work, because we do not have much time to discuss the "Big Idea" at the very beginning, we decided to divide the work

communicating with my teammates about our goal for this plan. After we have finished our first draft and uploaded it to Google Drive, we all agreed
that this is a weak plan, because the messages we try to deliver in each piece do not have much in common.

I feel this was a good experience, as it has enabled me to develop and become more independent to further increase my skills, as being out of my

I was able to make friends easily by applying my interpersonal skills amongst others. This included joining societies as well as, using my

so much baggage that if you only chose one day a week, or four or five times a marking period to assess them, chances are, they may be having a bad

self–confident. Because those categorized as INTJ are specialized they tend to be perfectionists. Luckily, they are also pragmatic and so practicality
can help offset the need for everything to be exactly perfect. Personal relationships tend to suffer for most INTJ–identified people because they tend not

is prewriting before I actually decide to write my final. Prewriting helps me because I can get all my ideas/thoughts out and before I write the final I
edit and get someone to pre–edit it. Prewriting is also good because you can learn what type of writer you are and catch minor mistakes. In order for
me to write an essay or start the process I like to have enough time to get focused and I like to put 100% into everything that I write. I get motivation
from when I write because I know I am trying my hardest and I love to see how much my hard work payed off. Writing errors that "haunt" me is
