Social Media Marketing is the use of social media to market a product or service. Companies address several stakeholders through social media marketing including (potential) customers, (potential) employees, journalists, bloggers, and the general public. On a strategic level, social media marketing includes the management of the implementation, governance, scope (e.g. more active or passive use) and the establishment of a firm's desired social media culture.
Social Media Marketing allow individuals and businesses to interact with one another and build relationships and communities online. When companies join these social channels, consumers can interact with them directly. That interaction can be more personal to users than traditional methods of outbound marketing and advertising.
You tube is an online public communications site that allows for registered users to upload and have available for the public their videos for viewing.
However, the need for business owners to adopt this modern marketing strategy is crucial to the enhancement the patronage and popularity of the brand thereby encouraging a maximum sales.

  3. 3. INTRODUCTION  Social Media Marketing: is the form of internet marketing that implements various social media in order to achieve marketing communications and branding goals. And it is also the use of social media to market a product or render services.  social Media Marketing can enable business looking to further reach to more customers who are interacting with brands through social media, therefore having a strong social media marketing plan and presence on the web is the key to tap into their interest of implemented. A good marketing with social media can bring remarkable success to your business.
  4. 4. CHANNELS OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING  Social networking websites e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and so on. This allows individuals and business to interact with one another and to also build relationships and communities online.  Mobile phones: Mobile phones usage is beneficial for social media marketing because mobile phones has social networking capabilities that allows individuals to browse and have access to social networking site.  Engagements: it means that customers and stakeholders are participants rather than viewers .It enables customers to express and share an opinion about the business.

This big audience is the main reason why 92% of digital marketers highlighted generating more exposure for their brand with their use of SMM.

Most people like to do things at their own pace, which makes it eve more important that your video is good, or people won’t waste their time with it. This are some couple of basic guidelines for creating an interesting video.They include:  Keeping it short in length: - The average video is around 4 minutes long.  Take clues from your competitors: - watch a few videos from others in your industry and take note of what they do and say.  Use a professional Marketing Team:- You will notice that the most popular YouTube videos (excluding music videos) almost all, feature the uploaded star of the video. 

HOW TO CREATE A YOUTUBE ACCOUNT  Go toYouTube.com and click the sign up link.  Enter your e-mail address and password.  Fill in the Re-type password and user name fields  In the location drop-down list, select the country where you live  Enter your postal code.  Click to select your gender and enter your date of birth  Type the character (letters and numbers) from the colored box into the word verification field.  Check or uncheck the next box with the unwieldy name.  Check the terms of use, privacy policy box after you have read the legalese.  Click the create my account button.
