With a dotted line report into Regional Lead for Aligned Key
Clients.
The Role
iProspect specialise in digital performance marketing. Expertise in paid and natural search,
social,affiliate,display &mobileare requiredinthisrole.Singapore &HongKongare hubsfor
many of our international clients. We have a central team dedicated to supporting our
international clients includingShangri La Hotels, Peninsula Hotels, Ralph Lauren, JJVC, Sony,
Starwood Hotels, HP, British Airways, adidas, Hilton Hotels and L’Oreal to name a few. The
team is co-located in Singapore and Hong Kong. Teams are separated to ensure client
confidentiality.
The central Key Account team is expanding in order to support iProspects’ next phase of
growthand requiresanexperienced and determined National Business Director Key Clients
to drive our growth ambitious targets.
Supported by a team of client service and performance marketing specialists, this role is a
multi-facetedone thatrequiresawealth of digital marketing experience, outstanding client
management skills, knowledge of the Thai Market, a great new business track record and
experience in executive level management.
You will work closelywith DentsuAegisMedia(DAN) local market leadership and other DAN
brand leads, including Carat, Isobar, Mobius, Dentsu Media and Vizeum.
While financial performanceagainstKPIs are inevitable, three strategic priorities have been
identified whichwillformthe basisof yourannual evaluation. We have included these three
priorities, specifically to ensure accountability in driving sustainable growth and retain a
position of regional and local leadership among our competitive set.
Priority 1. Product development & roll out
WithiProspectshiftingmore of ourcore product offering to drive performance marketing in
additiontoexistingsearchmarketing services, you will take a central role in contributing to
the following positioning;
 iProspect is the leading performance marketing agency in Thailand
o Assistindefining&rollingoutan ambitious “gotomarket”strategy for these
newproduct lines addressing both client targets and internal stakeholders.
o Set goals to achieve a scalable approach to revenue versus resource
projections for your allocated International clients.

Priority 2. Team (skill set) development & retention
The search & performance marketing landscape is expanding fast, as is the number of
emergingplayers.We findourselvesinan extremelycompetitive environment, the pressure
on talentisa natural outcome.We has seensalariesincrease exponentially over the past 12-
18 months.
Throughcareer managementandfocused staff satisfaction efforts, iProspect MUST strive to
reduce staff turnover to below global industry average level of <25% over the next 12
months. Therefore continued staff development and retention is a key priority across the
DAN Group. Not surprisingly, iProspect lead the charge across the group. To this end, the
Team assigned to Key Accounts will have an additional role to develop the future “stars” of
the organisation.
You will be evaluated on your contribution to:
 Working with the DAN and iProspect’s Training leadership in Singapore and the UK
on initiatives to attract, train & retain talent.
o Contributingto bi-annual performance reviews (with your key local market
counterparts).
o Contributingtokey staff careerdevelopmentpathsand training programs to
insure key staff retention.
o Development of succession plans.
Priority 3. Relationship building
iProspect client revenue is , in part , driven by relationships with our sister DAN Media
companies including, but not limited to , Carat & Isobar, Vizeum & Dentsu Media across the
region.
You will be evaluated on your contribution to;
 Contributingtoidentifying keybenchmarksensuring qualityof service isdeliveredto DAN
Group clients every time.
 Usingyour influencetoensure senior DAN management are supportive of the iProspect
evolution by (selectively) involving them in developments and plans.
 All DAN Priority Global Clients are aware of iProspect’s role and capability, even if the
account is retained by a sister agency.
 Directclientrelationships are fostered so as to protect iProspect revenue (goal of 50/50
split between DAN Group and Direct client revenue).
o Priority Global DAN clients are prioritised as part of our global DAN Strategy.
Key responsibilities, summarised:
Product & team
 Ensure the continued growth in the quality of SEMand SEO services being offered.
 In conjunction with APAC iProspect team, deliver performance marketing capability to
key clients with multi-market requirements.
 Contribute to the development of the New Business Pipeline.

Partnerships (Internal and External)
 Build strong internal relationships with all DAN stakeholders.
 Buildstrongexternal partnershipswithmediaowners,dataproviders,software providers
and leading related Industry associations.
Clients
 Manage and oversee seniorclientrelationships forleadingInternational/regional clients.
Responsibilities will include contract negotiation, new business pitching & prospecting
and where possible identify any cross selling opportunities.
 Explore and recommend opportunities to develop client service teams on high value
clients which may include new service lines.
 As always,inyourclientfacingcapacity,youwill playthe role of educatorandspecialistin
Search (SEM, SEO), audience targeting performance marketing, Mobile and Social
Marketing (if and where necessary).
Financial & resource management
 Ensure revenue goalsare metviathe management of associated resources, product line
profitability and new business growth.
 Establish a strategic plan on a quarterly basis in which to pursue new, revenue growth
opportunities, in line/collaboration with the DAN Digital leadership team.
Management & leadership
 In partnershipwith acentral leadershipteam,be akeycontributortothe developmentof
iProspectAPACbytakingpart on region wide initiatives as defined by the APAC MD and
CEO, in collaboration with local leadership.
Location:
 Thailand, Bangkok.
 Possible occasional travel to attend iProspect and/or DAN conferences.
