operational positions with various enterprise software
companies to Wall Street in the early 1990s, giving him a

software experience, Jim is a recognized expert on analyzing

In 2008, Jim established J. Moore Partners as a San

of North Point Advisors, an M&A advisory firm, where he

Pierre McMaster (Fidenti Global Partners Inc., Canada)
Pierre is a serial entrepreneur and has been a significant
player in the technology sector around the world. Prior to
forming Fidenti Global Partners, Pierre was a private
investor in Freeport (Barbados), and a partner in the
private equity fund Novacap Technology III. Furthermore,
he was a board member at D-Box Technologies Inc.
(DBO:TO) and PKWARE, Inc. Prior to becoming an active
investor Pierre was the founding partner and Chairman of
Kontron AG (KBC:DE) and Shiva Corporation.
Pierre graduated from École Polytechnique of Montreal in
1982 in Electrical Engineering. In 1988, he was the co-
founder and Vice-President, Sales, for Teknor, a pioneer in
the field of industrial computers. He took the company
public in 1996.

After buying the industrial computer division of BMW
he restructured the entity to eventually become
Kontron A.G. As an executive and Chairman at Kontron
Pierre was deeply involved in over 20 acquisitions, and
the public listing of Kontron AG on the German stock
exchange in 2000. In 2004, Pierre became the CEO of
Shiva, a former division of Intel Corporation. The
company specialized in security products and virtual
private networks ("VPN"). He restructured Shiva and
sold it to Eicon. Pierre brings a wealth of executive,
leadership, investment, and transaction experience to
Fidenti.

Stephane has over 22 years experience leading financial
operations, private equity investments, M&A, and asset
dispositions in High Tech, Entertainment, Telecom, IT, Solar
and Energy Technologies. Stephane has led over $500
million in financial and strategic partnerships at
international levels where he played a key role
implementing and delivering high growth solutions for large
institutions.
Prior to forming Fidenti, Stephane was a partner at
TowerLook Partners and an IT Consulting Firm, he held CFO
and VP of business development positions at ICP Solar,
Investment Manager at Hydro-Quebec Capitech where he
initiated and closed a wide range of transactions in
renewables and distributed generation.
Furthermore, Stephane spent many years at Société
Générale de Financement du Québec where he was
involved in transactions ranging from $20 million to over
$1 billion. Throughout this period he has been an active
Board member of High Tech and Energy Companies.
Holder of the CFA, CMA and CPA designations, Mr. Dallaire
also has a B.B.A from HEC Montreal in Finance, an
Executive MBA and a Specialized Graduate degree in
Accounting from University of Quebec. He is also an active
member of the CFA Institute, l’Ordre des CPA du Québec,
l'Association des MBA du Québec, the Illinois Board of
Examiners, the Illinois Department of Financial and
Professional Regulation and the Illinois CPA Society.

Luc Deschambault (Fidenti Global Partners Inc., Canada)
Luc is an executive with over 20 years experience in
small, medium and large enterprises. He is
recognized for his leadership skills and ability to
participate and execute business strategies in
changing environments. Luc spent the last 13 years
at Novatech Group, a medium size manufacturer in
the window & doors industry, directing their ERP
project, actively participating in the acquisitions and
financing of the company, and building an
accounting and MIS team to support the growth.
Over the course of his career he gained deep
experience in Business Intelligence and Distribution
reporting systems.
Luc graduated from H.E.C. of Montreal in 1985 in
Accounting B.Com.

Luc joined Raymond Chabot Martin Paré in Laval
where he led the audit team and worked on many
accounting and consulting assignments for
companies of all sizes. Given his deep knowledge in
the distribution and manufacturing industry, he
became the Provincial Controller of Guillevin
International Inc., an electrical, industrial and safety
distributor across Canada. During this period, he
conducted the merger between the Quebec and
Ontario financial services and led the Company’s IT
reform strategy. In 1996, he joined McKerlie Millen, a
Canadian automotive parts distributor where he led
the implementation of the IT strategy and systems
following the acquisition by CARQUEST.
