This is a delicious meal.
5. Ingredients
* 2 wholegrain flatbreads * 1 cup baby spinach
* 1/2 cup pizza sauce * 1/4 cup goat's cheese
* 2 tbs dried oregano * 2 tbs pine nuts

6. Preheat the oven to 350F (gas mark 4) and bake
the flatbreads for 7 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over the flatbreads and then
top with oregano, baby spinach, goat's cheese and
pine nuts.
7. Bake for a further 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack and serve.
