Your Past &
Current Self
In the first part of the workshop
we explore your past and current
self. If you want to plan for
the future and create clear &
relevant goals, we need to know
ourselves.
13. Bonus:
Network &
Skills
Think of the people who support
& promote you. How can they
help?
What skills do you have that can
benefit potential opportunities or
challenges?

Your Inventory
Review all the things you have written down.

once in several categories? Give them a ‘#’.
What are things that give you strong
emotions when you read them back? Give
them a ‘#’.
What are opportunities you really want to
achieve? Challenges you want to overcome?
Give them a ‘#’.

Building
5 Goals
Start thinking about the topics that you gave a
hashtag. Pick five main themes to group them
in and build the list.
Remind yourself that every goal has to be:
Specific: To achieve this goal think about the 6
W’s: who, why, when, where and which. Make it
as specific as possible
Measurable: How much do I need to do to
achieve my goal? How will I know when the goal
is achieved?
Achievable: Ask yourself: is this realistic?
Look at your fears you stated earlier
Relevant: Are you willing and able to reach the
goal?
Time: Set a finishing date (preferably within 3
months)
16. Now you have created
your 5 goals
Remember:
Visualize them, write a
short paragraph to
describe why it’s
important to you and
hang it somewhere in
sight.
