and minerals. They are low in calories. They are useful for your skin,
eye, nails and hear. Eat Fruits and vegetables and be healthy.

3. Dairy products are very useful too. They are good for your teeth and bones.
Drink a glass of milk every day eat cheese and cottage cheese don’t forget
about sour-cream and you will be healthy.

4. Don’t forget about SPORT. It helps you to be strong and stay fit. Do morning
exercises every day, play different sport games, swim, run and jump.
