I offer over twenty-five years of office management, administrative support and program coordination to various government and private sector agencies. My latest positions have consisted of leadership and responsibility overseeing the operational and mission areas under consideration during any day. I performed duties for teams to include the tracking of vital training. I assist teams with travel and conference related issues through timely consideration via SharePoint sites set up exclusively for travel and conferencing and assist with planning, performing, and supervising the day to day operational functions associated with any and all missions. My years of experience have provided hands-on experience in performing operational functions. I have managed all offices professionally and effectively and in accordance with the Government and or private sector policies and procedures. I participate in collaboration efforts to ensure and maintain effective workflow processes. Having direct knowledge of client mission area(s) to develop and refine concepts of operations and operational plans. I also work and manage my time effectively and am proficient in multi-tasking. I also provide high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Finally, I am always interested in learning anything new that allows me to add value to all team efforts and/or for my own professional development.
