3. Imitating entrepreneurs
• Imitative entrepreneurs are those who imitate the idea or concept of existing
entrepreneurs for setting up their own business venture in the same manner.
• These people copy the process, methods, and technology pioneered by some other
people who do not have their own innovative or unique ideas for establishing ventures.
• Imitative entrepreneurs immediately copy the newer and distinguished inventions
• These are also called ‘copy cats’. These entrepreneurs are less risk-taker and do not
like to face uncertainty, unlike innovative entrepreneurs.
