-Prepared Memo to BOD, Nomination Form and Conversion Form for RCPS.
- Dealing with company secretary for Board Resolution for RCPS.
- Prepared Memo for arrangement of conversion.
- Prepared letter for Redeemable Secured Bond
- Make photocopy for all bondholders involve in redeeming the bond.
- Monitored the redeemable bond's schedule with supervision of Account Department.
- Arrange for signature for monthly expenses incurred and director's signature for cheque and any

- Bank in the payment made by agents/potential buyers accordingly.
- Prepared and compile documents required by internal and external auditors.
- Courier the Financial Statements to all properties once the audit matters is completed.

-Manage Tenancy Agreement for tenants in company property, handling strata title issued with authorities,
handling contract for cleaner services etc.
-Due Diligence - Assist the potential purchaser by planning and organizing the information needed
- Assist COO on documentation, liaise with the Bondholders, solicitors, agents properties and Faber Group.
-Liaise with Land Office in regards of Master Title matter and Strata Title matter
-Liaise with relevant authorities in regards of performing JMB and JMC. Also related matter regards the
vote rights, annual general meeting etc.
-Liaise with panel lawyer in regards of MOT and all legal matter.
-Proper filling for those strata title which has been issued by land office.
-Liaise with Land Surveyor in regards of solution of Master Title.
