3. SAFETY INSIDE A MEGA
FACTORY
No one allowed inside the factory without wearing primary
safety equipment's.
Electronic devices like camera, mobile phone, music player,
watches are not allowed inside any shop.
Each and every person should be aware of the facts that
they should be aware of their movements inside the
assembly area.
Wearing loose garments(i.e.-tie) is not allowed.

Paint shop is the highest energy consuming part of the
factory.
It alone consumes 75 % of total energy consumed by
whole plant.
It is a 3-4 days process.

Assembly is a manual process done by experienced
workers.
Assembly line is divided into three main divisions-
1.Interior
2.Exterior
3.Powertrain

17. QUALITY TEST
After final touch up each car are subjected to pass all quality tests.
Quality check includes several test like engine performance,
emission test, body paint, all lights and electric appliances.
18. ROAD TEST
This is ultimate test for any vehicle how it performs on the road.
The track includes a ¼mile straight away where drivers reach the
car to top speeds.
This test also checks the working of the acceleration, braking and
suspension system.
