Current Projects:
Tri-borough Public Health Restructure – HR transformation of legacy team and recruitment of new staff.
West End Partnership – Submission to the Treasury, working with GLA, TFL and the Metropolitan Police.
Customer Contact Centre Consolidation – Using deep experience of digital transformation to drive a go-to-market strategy
focused on the Omni-channel, stakeholder experience, using G-Cloud technology.
Westminster City Council has been running a project to consolidate eleven contact centres, run by a variety of service providers
operating different service models and receiving over 1.2 million calls.
Took the opportunity to take ownership and implement a project plan to take advantage of the renewal clause for the majority of
the contact centres in 2017. Total autonomyfor the design and implementation ofthe best solution for the local authority and have
ensured a rigorous approach outlining project aims, objectives and progress to time, cost and quality objectives.
 Successfully achieved ‘Stage 1’ sign off on-time
o Mandate, PID, Business Case,base lining business needs, financial modelling, strategic analysis, peer review
with 60 local authorities and go-to market strategy, detailing Omni-channel stakeholder journey.
 On target to achieve ‘Stage 2 – Procurement and Mobilisation on-time:
o Procurement - Supplier horizon scan, RFI and RFQ, Vendor/supplier appointments, De-mobilisation and
mobilisation from 11 providers to one.
o Business process assumptions, milestones and reporting to the CEO.
o HM Treasury Green Book reporting Business Case and Cabinet paper development.
o Mobilisation, implementation followed by lessons learned reviews and project closure reporting.

Delivering Greater Service Provision through Single Care Home Provider – Transfer to provider and mobilised a stalled
project for CEO, transfer of 240 residents and 60 staff and 6 care homes to single outsourced provider.
Consolidated 6 care home providers into one outsourced supplier whilst achieving CQC compliance within 3 months.
Re-invigorated and successfully delivered the project that was 13 months behind schedule overcoming an understandable
resistance both internally and within the NHS to this project.
 Created PID, risk, actions and issues log to monitor project deliverables.
 Analysed the current situation and re-wrote the project timelines and engaged the stakeholder groups at all levels. It was
vital to get their input and acceptance to allow the project to arrive at a successful conclusion.
 Engaged with the 30 strong stakeholder team and 120 staff members to re-invigorate the project and ensure the £100m
consolidation was delivered.
 Took responsibility for the project strategy as well as the cross -category procurement detail from Facilities Management
and electrical sockets through to legal provisions, property leases and contract drawings.
 Put in place full lifecycle procurement strategy, peer group and supplier review and analysis.
 Contract termination negotiation and transition for Property Leases and FM.

Finance Business Transformation - £14.5bn transformation project for City Treasurer, delivered 4 months ahead of schedule.
Took end to end responsibilityfor driving the Finance Business Transformation project to close the Annual 2014/2015 Accounts 4
months earlier than previous year, across the accounts worth over £14.5Bn. Project delivered 3 months ahead of statutory due
date and accounts now closed faster than 75% of FTSE 100 2014/15 (94% 2015/16).
 Conducted a thorough Business Case Review and defined, planned and led the Project to ensure the project got back on
track to allow successful delivery.
 Updated out-of-date PID, risk, actions and issues log to monitor project outcomes and ‘managed by exception’ to ensure
budgets, governance and control over resources were adhered to across the 70 strong team.
 Engaged weeklywith stakeholders across the organisation from CEO to team members through regular update meetings,
brainstorming and workshops, to update and drive project milestones.
 Ensured Risk and Regulatory Compliance at all points of the project.
 In parallel managed 5 sub-projects out of the 14 work streams as well as managing the tracking of the overall project for
senior stakeholders and the City Treasurer to time, cost and quality.

Programme Management of the Bi-Borough Transition – Procurement Business Planning for CEO
Project managed the identification and transition of borough structure. Ran extensive business structure analysis to allow
successful resource planning and efficiencies to future proof the business.
 Supported successful redevelopment of 2015-2017 Procurement business plan, 8 key principles, 20 sub-projects and
tracking of 300 milestones via project management tools and techniques, supported quarterly reporting to Chief Executive
of progress against plan.
 Project managed the implementation of the new Training Programme, structure and development of plans to aid Senior

Global Digital Cloud Based E-Commerce Platform Implementation
Took responsibility for getting the global rollout of the digital E-Commerce platform back on track and delivered across 38
countries. Directed the team to deliver the multi-million pound global platform on-time and under budget.

 Revisited both the front and back end of the platform design with the stakeholders and the IT and Cloud design teams to
finalise the design phase and ensure the platform was Best in Clas s globally.
 Engaged with the regional business teams to control and execute the four-stage project plan and develop a strategic
proposition message to the milestones agreed.
 Following the successful rollout, designed, implemented and controlled a major external digital display advertising
campaign for the platform spanning over 30 online financial services from the FT.com, Wall Street Journey to Bloomberg

Launched RBS'first mobile app across 3 key regions,US,EMEA and APAC over four phases.RBS were the firstinvestmentbank
globally to launch a mobile FICC strategy technology proposition.
 Directed and managed a team of 30 to launch the app from concept to rollout engaging with our partner Research In
Motion.
 Delivered clientmarketing via digital emails with embedded video clips,media relations activity across 3 continents, global
employee engagement, colleague road shows, internal advertising, an employee competition, bespoke websites, social
channels, search marketing (including SEO) FAQ’s, talking points and delivery of content for global sales aids .
 Ensured IT message was delivered with Internal and External Communications. Agenda, content development and
exaction of Exco/ Manco Town Halls, Intranet design, development, and publishing.

Managed the business change project managers, to transform the business processes in the Chief Executive’s
department. Ensured the projects were delivered using appropriate levels of resources and within optimum timeframe.
 Re-branded Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets post integration with HBOS, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds TSB to Lloyds
Banking Group.
 Implemented the re-brand with 30 colleagues over the end to end IT system, email suffixes, signatures, addresses, sign-
offs, business cards, power point presentations.
 Led business change projects regarding big data, sign-off processes for corporate literature, and guidelines for media
policies - leading to an increase in estimated advertising value of 47%.
