3. Standard Classroom Training
Our Standard Classroom Training has been designed to equip
your team to become certified users of your newly implemented
Sybrin solutions. The training covers both the technical and
non-technical aspects of the Enterprise Suite. It also includes a
detailed overview of the functionalities. Trainees learn from
in-class demonstrations that show them how each concept works,
step-by-step. They then also participate in hands-on labs, in-class
discussions, and Instructor Q&A sessions.
Customised Workshop-based Training
This training is based on our Standard Classroom Training but is
tailored to match your organisation’s specific needs. It is also
presented on-site within your organisation’s unique environment.
The training is customised to reflect your organisation’s branding
and will centre on your specific enterprise solution. Lab exercises
will take place in a sandbox environment that simulates the
organisation’s real-time environment. All training tools will also be
aligned with your particular solution and will reflect your branding.
CERTIFICATION - End-User Training
Organisations often rush into deploying solutions without considering the need to train end-users.
A scalable end-user training programme will support user adaptation and enablement. It will also
include in-class demonstrations which show users step-by-step system features. Delegates that
have successfully completed the end-user training will be sufficiently skilled, and enabled, to
conduct all required system operations as per their role in the organisation.
Understanding the challenges that exist in today’s businesses, where there is a continuous need
to upskill new employees in the workplace; we offer additional training tools delivered by way of
simulation videos and eBooks, based on the Standard Classroom Training, which will be developed

Train-the-Trainer Programme
This is a cost-effective training solution geared towards large organisations. Train-the-Trainer
sessions prepare your organisation’s instructors to present Sybrin End-User Training. In order to
develop your Train-the-Trainer programme it is important to first assess your pool of potential
instructors. The Sybrin Academy will design and develop presentations, and guides, that will
enable your instructors to present the course material, conduct training sessions, and evaluate
participants’ readiness.

4. System Administration and Technical Training
The Sybrin System Administration certification provides your team of administrators with the

Sybrin Enterprise Studio Training
This course will enable your team how to use the Sybrin Enterprise Suite to build, create and/or
configure solutions including, but not limited to Case Management (BPM) Solutions, Document
Management Solutions, Payment Processing Solutions, Central Bank Clearing Solutions, Front
Office Solutions, Corporate Portals, and much more.
It also provides practical exercises which train users to create, customise, and deliver automated
processes within Sybrin Enterprise Studio. This enables users to make use of the vast
functionalities and features available.
Business Concept Training
This course focuses on enabling your business users to understand the business flows, benefits,
and best practice related to specific domains within your business. Examples include Payment
Flows, Business Process Management (BPM), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
