Challenge • Think of a time, in the past year, when you experienced something that: – Resulted in you questioning something – Tested your assumptions about a subject area, or about yourself – Surprised you – Resulted in you learning something new – Had impact on something you did as a result
  4. 4. Reflection • What thoughts, feelings, sensations did you experience as you just now reflected on that time?
