many other equipment repairs. Saving over $90,000 in repair coast and minimizing equipment down time.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
 Facilities Manager responsible for the material condition and general upkeep of 9 buildings. Identifying 652
discrepancy work orders and overseeing 29 facility projects valued over $750,000.
 Tasked with preparation and coordination of 2 major aircraft hangar renovations projects valued at 1.2 million

the arrival of the first Navy P-8 aircraft in Japan.

TRAINING LEAD

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
 Well attached to the Coastal Command Boat (CCB) a one of a kind naval test platform. Tasked with
management, production,testing and inspection procedures for all electronic equipment. Established a baseline
maintenance record and accomplishment system. Created a Job Qualification Requirements (JQR) standard to
determine minimal knowledge needed to operate and maintain all electronic systems.Developed step by step
operating instructions for 14 Radar/Communication systems.
 Worked alongside with network administrators at Navy Computer and Telecommunication Station Bahrain for
One-Net LAN account access for 26 service member while deployed overseas.
 Developed a comprehensive plan for the reorganization of all electric equipment on the Operations Command
Watch Floor greatly improving aircraft flight tracking and management.
