Recently attended a fully bi-lingual T3 (English/Spanish) start-up International Corporate Training Project under
contract with InSight Global Staffing out of Irving, TX.
A similar position while with Cognosante LLC as a Certified Professional Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Corporate
Trainer; within one of the Federal Government's high volume Medicare and Marketplace Call Centers (Riverview,
FL) is depicted below. I was part of a select group of professionals to train the start-up group from Management
to CSR's (Customer Service Representatives) for the Affordable Care Act's Marketplace Call Centers.
Mediated and Facilitated a Conflict Resolution matter regarding client and Pinellas County Schools Systems (PCS),
Largo, FL. (06/2016): Client was summoned to respective client's High School Principle's office on a short notice to
review performance concerns. In mediating the meeting, the PCS was unaware of various concerns voiced by client
in regards to IT, Teacher Sub Notification System, Lesson Plan placement process, & teacher call-in phone system
at client High School (Osceola Fundamental High School). Osceola is the first fundamental high school in Florida
and is among only a handful of fundamental high schools in the country. Osceola has recently become one of the
top rated high schools in Pinellas County for performing arts. Client had just suffered a major home injury which
unfortunately left client with a broken rib, a Hematoma Contusion Concussion, along with other related injuries. With
a seeking to understand, active & transparent communications, future plans of actions, and client Wellness
Programs offered by PCS. I successfully mediated the above activities with both parties coming to a positive and
conclusive working resolution.
Cognosante, LLC (Scottsdale, AZ), (04/2013-12/2013 & 07/2014-07/2015): Cognosante LLC., (via General
Dynamics IT Center, Riverview, FL), after completing Year Two of their on-going high profile, high visibility contract
as a Sr. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Medicare and Affordable Care Act Certified Corporate Trainer, Certifier and
Subject Matter Expert in support of its mission with the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services, I was selected to a
newly formed HHS CMS Federal Project in support of AHRC (Assister Help Resource Center) as a SME and
Consultant. The 2015 OE2 AHRC project even though completed, entered a post project role with its 10 member
team currently fulfilling SME project requirements to include the 2016 Federal Marketplace OE3 preparation. This
project allowed my expertise as a Professional Consultant and Health Care SME to provide subject, operational,
and procedural expertise to CMS and its clients nationwide relating to Marketplace Health Care Coverage. Flexibility
via solid varying communications avenues had been a key attribute in achieving previous positive results in addition
to dealing effectively and efficiently with Crisis Management. A combination of Project, Resource(s), and an on-
going hands-on Operational Management style had also been instrumental in launching this highly sensitive Federal
Project in 2013. Off-Site/State training and operational set-up was accomplished to include Convention Center
presentations to audiences in excess of 400 participants. This project requires strict adherence to the Privacy Act of
1974 in addition to the HIPAA Privacy Rule and its PHI/PII/FTI (Protected Health Information/Personally Identifiable
Information/Federal Tax Information) guidelines. Project was completed IAW Federal Guidelines, on time and as
scheduled.
Aerotek, Inc., (Horsham, PA) contracted for client-Language Services Associates (LSA-Willow Grove, PA), (2011-
2012): Bi-lingual English/Spanish-Spanish English Professional Interpreter/Translator/Mediator/Facilitator position.
This contracted position enabled me to interpret and translate fluently English and Spanish and vis-a-versa between
Non to limited English speaking individuals and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency), The New York
City Housing Authority (NYCHA), and various States Departments of Labor and Transportation Agencies at all
levels. A Federal Security Clearance was and is required for this position. This project was successfully completed
bi-lingually to contracted term date. Currently on an “in-active” status with an active LSA ID Code awaiting recall
from the Federal Government.
Florida National University (FNU-Hialeah, FL), (2011): Bi-lingual English/Spanish position; as FNU's Military Liaison
& Advisor for Military Affairs, my priorities in this project primarily consisted of improving the institution's military
student recruitment. As the project progressed though, I took on the role of not only providing academic and military
advising, but of providing consultation and conflict resolution in areas of Tuition Assistance, Financial Aid, Veteran's
Benefits, Official Military Deployment regarding scheduling, Pre-Post 9/11 GI-Bill Benefits (Chapter's 30, 31, and

Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarships, and The Yellow Ribbon Program to Active Duty, Reserve, and
Guard Military Servicemen and women and their spouses and children. I reconnected FNU to Naval Air Station Key
West as FNU last had contact with them 3 years before. I visited and presented FNU to various military installations
2. and facilities around the Southern Florida region. I increased enrollment by 25%. I introduced and facilitated FNU's
induction into the http://www.militaryfriendlyschools.com prestigious upcoming 2012 Guide to Military Friendly
Schools Listings which will inject FNC into both the national and international arena. In addition, I introduced FNU to
Military Times EDGE, the career and education magazine of the Military Times newspapers, the premier newspaper
for military Servicemen and women around the globe. I consulted FNU in educating its staff, faculty, and
administrators as to the importance of abiding by DOD, DOE, VA, and Federal Guidelines and Regulations and its

recognized by the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation)
