We live in times when many people cherish being busy and stressed. It´s often about faster, higher, bigger, and better. For some of us this might represent competitive stimuli resulting in masses of adrenaline being pumped through our bodies. For others, it can be stressful and exhausting. Let´s face it: Even the strongest of leaders can slide into exhaustion and despair. Especially, if stress and pressure are constantly overwhelming. A life without real pauses and possibilities to recover will eventually lead to mental and physical fatigue.
So, how can you ensure that you are at your best in order to do your best? How can you protect yourself during tough times and motivate yourself in a healthy and reasonable manner when facing extreme situations?
