To Whom It May Concern;
I have had the privilege of working with Andrea Lindo for the past nine months. She has handled the
Home Loan Center’s receptionist and Administrative duties. She has been a wonderful goodwill
ambassador to our clients as they arrive, is always genuine, warm, friendly, and interested in people and
serving their needs. Andrea takes pride in all she does and is careful to proof all of her work. She is very
reliable, and on time every day, and her attendance has been perfect.
Andrea has performed duties to assist the Loan Officer’s with marketing, database management, built
excel templates, and assisted with file organization, as well as, copying conditions and scanning them
into the loan file. She was recently trained to backed up the Loan Processor with ordering out items for
the file.
In additions to our branch duties, she has also Assisted the Mortgage Division with compiling
information for reports, and backing up that Administrative group.
Andrea will be an asset to any organization! She is eager to help and to learn new duties.
