This letter is my personal recommendation for Andi Lanning. From October 6, 2015 through February
29, 2016, I was Andi’s immediate supervisor for our company, SuperInterns.com. Andi was our Sr. Public
Relations Agent, responsible for focusing on “The Price of Business” (www.PriceofBusiness.com) a media
outlet which is located at the home of Bloomberg Radio News in the 4th
largest market in America,
Houston TX. Andi was also in charge of reaching out to contributors and getting articles written about
their businesses or “for purpose” organizations; editing and posting articles; following up with
contributors on their article links and next steps; helping us refine our PR Agent process. Also, on
November 9, 2015, Andi was promoted to Sr. Public Relations Agent. As a supervisor, Andi did an
outstanding job leading, coaching and developing the team.
Andi is amazing. While working at SuperInterns.com, she practiced creativity in her problem solving
skills and always delivered an excellent quality of work. Andi’s integrity was shown every day by her
actions following her words. Her observant and attentive listening skills helped her to quickly identify
problems in order to determine the best solutions.
Most importantly, Andi saw the bigger picture and understood how everything is connected. She was a
fantastic asset to our team and delivered outstanding work. She was also a wonderful promoter of our
