Description : The Metric stream Sox, ISM, Audit, Survey, Social Compliance and
Vendor management application allows the client to automate, track and report
Vendor/factory/product status and their relationship status. And conducting
Organizational Audit and track the identified issues with corrective actions.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the team of 11 members and mentoring them in work towards their
career growth and training on usage of application.
• As a Module lead as well as application developer I had been involved in SDLC
process.
• Involving in SDLC process. And effective communication with customer on the
deliveries and ensure bug free code deployment in estimated timelines.
• Building trust with transparency within the team members, able to get

Description : The GRC, ISM, Audit, ISM, Survey module of the Metric Stream
application allows the Pepsi Mexico to process their IT Audit and manages the
identified issues. And their Sales/Operational team to trigger survey and get a
response from their data warehouse teams on it.
Responsibilities:
• Performance improvement in overall application
• Training to customer on usage of application/Admin roles.
• Worked around 24/7 in high escalation situation
