 Mr. Ananda Theertha is a Commerce Graduate from Karnataka University. He has
over 22 years work experience with more than 11 years in Senior Management. He
has worked with HR, Architectural Design and IT Industry with working experience in
Accounts, Finance, HR and Administration.
 Successfully started Syscon Software in 1995 the first company to provide Tender
Information online on day to day basis.
 He as a great passion towards Healthcare Industry and a fast learner. Before Starting

Management Software in two of his previous employment.

 Mr. Ashok Doraswamy is Bachelor of Science graduate having Twenty five years of
extensive experience in Information technology industry have wide exposure in
software development, finance, Human resource, employee motivation, and Quality
Processes.
 Started career in 1984 at Infosys Technologies as Systems Operator and continued
to grow as Project Manager level with programming strength in Mainframe area.
 Joined ALIT in 1994 as Sr. Project manager and worked with different companies
like Trigent, IMR and BFL with different roles till 1997
 Joined Kshema Technologies in 1997 as one of the first senior level management
member to start its Financial Services and Enterprise Application group to build this
organization from 10 member team to 500 employees, which was one of the most
successful medium size companies during this period.
 In 2004 Decided to take a role of CEO for startup MNC organization Alamy Images
which was one of the first Stock photography portal in India to build a team of
development, content management and photo research team
 Started own Enterprise solutions and services company in 2005 called CodeTheatre
with two of his colleagues from Kshema one of them being promoter of Kshema
technologies. Currently Vice President at Acropetal Technologies Ltd.
