3. How to use your Blue Bank Credit Card
You can use your Blue Bank Credit card to withdraw the Cash from
ATMs, PoS Terminal’s, e-Commerce Transaction.
At ATMs
Step 1: Visit your nearest Blue Bank ATM.
Step 2: Insert your Card to ATM
Step 3: Select your Language
Step 4: Enter your PIN
Step 5: Enter the desired amount you want to withdraw & Press Enter
Step 6: Collect Cash and Receipt
Withdrawing cash amount from any ATM is subjected to charge; please refer the fee
and charge section or visit our site www.Bluebank.com or you can call our customer
care 1800 000 000.
4. At PoS
Step 1: The
merchants/shopkeeper
swipes/Insert your card at PoS
Machine
Step 3: The PoS machine required
a PIN which entered by you
Step 5:The merchant will print
two copies and asked you to sign
the one and give you the another
copy
Step 2: The merchant then
enter the transaction amount
Step 4: You enter your ATM PIN
to complete the transaction at
PoS
Step 6: Your will also receive the
SMS from our bank about the
transaction
5. At e-Commerce Transaction
Now you can use your Blue Bank credit card for any e-commerce transaction
such as like for payment of bills, online shopping and online payments.
Step 1: Choose your product and place your order.
Step 2: Select the credit card option to initiate the
transaction with your Blue Bank Credit Card.
Step 3: Select your Payment Network.
Step 4: Enter your 16 Digit Card number.
Step 5: Enter your expiration date.
Step 6: Enter your Name .
Step 7: Enter your CVV (3 Digit code on your back of
the card).
Step 8: Click on the “Pay” tab for the next page.
Step 9: Recheck the Amount on next page.
Step 10: An OTP you will receive through SMS, enter
the OTP and Press the “Confirm” to confirm your
transaction.
Step 11: Save or Print the receipt of your transaction.

7. Interest free Grace Period and Finance
Charges
• The interest free grace period range between 20 to 50 days subject
to submission of claims by the merchants.
• Finance charges are payable at monthly interest rate on the due
amount on which if cardholder not to pay that balance or all cash
advance taken by the cardholder, till they are paid back.
• If the cardholder makes the partial payment of the Total Amount
Due; i.e., the customer has outstanding balance from the previous
month and in the current month. On such transaction Finance
charges levied on the previous month’s outstanding balance.
• The current rate of interest is upto 3.50% per month (Annual 40.2%)
from the transaction date and subjected to change without any
prior notice.
• All finance charges are subject to levy of applicable taxes and are
debited to the cardholder’s account’s till the outstanding on the
card not paid in full.
8. Billing & Statement
• Blue Bank will send the cardholder a monthly
statement by post and email, showing the last
date of bill payment, total amount due and
payment history for the period.
9. Payment towards Card Account
• By logging on to www.Bluebank.com.
• By using net banking facility.
• By paying through ATM of Blue Bank.
• By mailing a cheque to the mailing address
provided in the statement
• By dropping a cheque in the nearest ATM
• By using ECS
