Reminder! A project partnership should respect ALL of the following:
✓ Maximum 4 partners
✓ One organisation acts as Lead Partner
✓ At least 1 registered in Romania (Botoşani, Iaşi, Valsui or Galați)
✓ At least 1 registered in Republic of Moldova
✓ Partners are public bodies or non-profit organisations
✓ Associated partners may play a role, but do not receive funding from the
programme

Project partners (beneficiaries)
❑ actively cooperate in the development and implementation of projects
❑ cooperate in the staffing and financing of projects
❑ are legally and financially responsible for the activities that they are implementing
and for the share of the funds that they receive
Lead partner (lead beneficiary)
❑ is representing the partnership
❑ is legally acting on behalf of the partnership (e.g. submitting the application,
signing the grant contract, submitting project reports, requesting and receiving
project payments)
