 Builds quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies (recruitment
consultants/manpower agencies, university/college placement officers & coordinators for campus
placement and internship programs, networks, regulatory bodies)
 Conduct periodic review /revision of job descriptions for all existing roles & attend to periodic internal
and external audits.
 Draft, review, post job advertisements
 Arranging, Managing Recruitment Drives with team.
 Responsible for skip meetings, probation confirmation, exit interviews.
 Arranging various Employee Engagement activities with team.
 Helping in Training Activities.
